Optimum solutions for learning environments

Temperature can have a huge effect on a student's ability to concentrate. If the environment is too hot or too cold, then learning can suffer. Maintaining the optimum temperature of between 20 and 22 degrees is just one of the areas in which our trained engineers excel within educational establishments.

We also have the expertise to maintain HVAC and energy management systems across large campuses, comprising a number of different buildings with various uses including classrooms/lecture theatres, refectories, offices, sports halls, changing areas, halls of residence and laboratories.

As with all our other service contracts we undertake our duties in an energy-efficient and non-intrusive manner. We deliver both proactive and reactive services with 24/7 emergency response.

In addition to daily maintenance we can also offer assistance in alternative strategies for asset management such as energy and waste management, safety systems, energy audits, voice and data cabling, cleaning and landscaping and grounds maintenance. For instance we recently designed and implemented an upgrade to the existing building management system for The Seashell Trust. The result? Better control and lower energy consumption.
