I started my career in HR as an apprentice in 2022 and have been developing my knowledge and experience ever since. I joined HFL as a HR Officer in March 2026, giving me the opportunity to support both the employees and the wider business every day.

In my day-to-day role I manage recruitment, onboarding, provide wellbeing support and assist with employee relations cases. I work closely with the managers and employees to offer support and guidance on a range of employee related topics.

Outside of work I love exploring new places in the UK and abroad, getting out for long walks and spending quality time with my two little nephews who have me completely wrapped around their fingers.
