I have worked as an Account and Contract Manager with over 25 years of experience, delivering a high level of M&E management service across a commercial property portfolio. Day to day, my role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance requirements and statutory obligations are met. I coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with the planning team, manage contractor performance, assist with accounts payable, WIP, costs, and aged debts, and support mobile and static engineers along with HFLBS administration to ensure health and safety standards and risk assessments are strictly adhered to across all managed properties.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to historical places and spending quality time with my family. I am also a keen dart player and compete in the local leagues to quite a high standard.
