Company History

Founded in 2005, HFL have grown into one of the UK’s foremost independent building maintenance companies, offering 24/7 maintenance on over 450 sites throughout the country. We offer operational and technical solutions for buildings of all shapes and sizes – from leisure & sports complexes, theatres, commercial properties and educational establishments. Our teams of highly experienced individuals possess a broad range of technical skills and have the capability to manage, operate and maintain even the most complex of buildings. We remain family owned and managed to this day.

Dave Saxton and partners incorporate HFL Building Solutions Group Ltd focused on commercial buildings maintenance in the North West.

Despite the financial crisis, HFL is on a steady path to organic growth with a staff of 12 engineers, 2 contract managers and 4 administrators.

Operating from a small office in Freeman House; HFL’s main coverage areas are Manchester and Liverpool with one engineer covering Birmingham.
