Since joining HFL in 2017 through the company’s apprentice scheme, I have gained experience across multiple departments, developing a strong understanding of the business and the M&E maintenance industry. Through my progression within the company, I became a shareholder, reflecting my commitment to HFL’s long-term success and growth. Today, I manage HFL’s charity activities, community engagement initiatives, and social value programmes, building partnerships that create a positive impact for local communities by leading fundraising efforts, supporting local causes, and fostering meaningful relationships with charitable organisations. Alongside this, I focus on identifying and securing new tender opportunities to drive business growth and support HFL’s continued expansion across the UK.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping active at the gym, and catching up with friends over a good coffee.
