Working in QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) for at least 16 years has been more of an evolution and a career journey rather than a deliberately chosen profession. Day to day, my primary responsibility is making sure everyone goes home in the same condition they came to work in, if not better, by focusing on the underlying patterns of why things happen and keeping things grounded in “What, By Who, By When.”

Outside of work, my time is always family centered, whether I am cooking, reading, or getting stuck into fixing something around the house.
