Over the years, I’ve built experience across a wide range of HR areas. One of the things I love about HR is that it is incredibly varied, so there is always something new to learn, and every day brings different opportunities and challenges. I’m passionate about creating positive, supportive workplaces where employees feel valued, and businesses can achieve their goals. A typical day for me can involve anything from supporting managers with employee relations cases and coaching conversations to developing policies, organisational change, and ensuring we remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice. No two days are ever the same, which is one of the things I enjoy most about working in HR. What I love most about my role is building strong, positive relationships with people and helping to find practical solutions that work for everyone involved. I believe that people are at the heart of every successful Company, and I’m proud to play a part in helping them succeed.

If there’s one thing I don’t enjoy, it’s gardening. I do have a garden, but my lack of green fingers means it’s not exactly my favourite pastime. Thankfully, I have a gardener who does a fantastic job of keeping it looking great for me! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking short weekend breaks, and making memories with my pooch, who is always keen to join me on adventures or long walks.
