Virtual Logbook for Property Maintenance

HFL have now completed phase 1 of our proof of concept virtual logbook which gives our clients access to maintenance paperwork via a web portal.

We piloted this technology with one client across a portfolio of sites. The client was very happy with the outcome and has asked for the system to be left in place.

Phase 2 will consist of automating our engineer job sheet from their handheld anywhere app straight into the virtual logbook.

Phase 3 will be to automate the link between our virtual logbook and our clients 3rd party software.

HFL are proud to soon be able to offer this paperless solution to all its clients.

This falls in line with HFL’s environmental commitment under ISO 14001.

In addition to this, all building stakeholders will have access to the logbook from anywhere in an easy to search format.

Time savings are also a consideration.

Like so many other industries, that of M&E maintenance is going paperless and HFL Building Solutions Group are proud to be adopting a fit for purpose solution to improve its service.
